Charleston Food & Drink Deals collects only the information you provide for deal alerts, listing corrections, and basic measurement of how people discover and use the site.
Deal-alert subscribers
We store your email address, selected area, deal interests, signup consent record, referral source, and campaign source. This information is used to operate and improve Charleston Deal Drop alerts. Kit processes new email signups, confirmation, email delivery, and unsubscribe requests on our behalf. Loading the signup form also shares basic browser and referral information with Kit. Our site stores your preferences separately from Kit’s mailing list.
Restaurant updates
When you submit a listing update, we store your name, contact email, relationship to the restaurant, correction details, and any source link so the submission can be verified.
Site measurement
We record limited events such as page visits, searches, shares, signup completion, referral sources, and campaign labels. We do not sell subscriber information.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a Kit email to stop future deal-alert emails through Kit. Your previously saved preferences and consent records may remain on this site. You may sign up again at any time. Restaurant submissions are reviewed and are not automatically published.
Deal accuracy
Restaurant specials can change. Always confirm current pricing, availability, and restrictions with the restaurant before ordering.
